1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Sentez Inc. ("Sentez," "Lovetopia," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Lovetopia mobile application, website and related support services.

Lovetopia is a premium audio stories app for women aged 18 or older. It delivers a curated library of sensual audio fiction, audio production, and personalization features.

By using the service you acknowledge your information may be processed as described below. Lovetopia is intended only for adults (18+).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the app, and certain technical data from your device.

• Onboarding answers: age confirmation, desired gaze, point-of-view choice, preferred tropes, mood and voice character.
• Listening activity: stories played, chapters completed, progress, favorites, downloads and library state.
• Account and subscription data: purchase status, plan, renewal state and receipts handled through Apple in-app purchase and Adapty.
• Support information you send us, including your email address and message contents.
• Device and technical data: device model, OS version, app version, IP-derived region, language, crash logs and diagnostics.
• Usage data: feature interactions, session timing, push opt-in and aggregate engagement metrics.
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT) attribution identifiers when you opt in.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to operate, personalize, secure and improve Lovetopia.

• To deliver and personalize the story library based on your trope, mood and voice preferences.
• To remember your listening progress, downloads, favorites and library.
• To process subscriptions, paywalls and App Store-related access (via Adapty).
• To send relevant in-app and push notifications about new releases, ongoing stories and product updates.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and detect misuse of the platform.
• To respond to support, deletion, privacy or billing requests.
• To improve our editorial and personalization systems using aggregated or de-identified data.

4. AI production and third parties

Story scripts, narration and sound design are produced internally with the help of large language models (GPT family) and text-to-speech engines (including Minimax and ElevenLabs). Every story undergoes editorial QA before publication.

We do not share your individual onboarding answers, listening history or personal identifiers with these production providers — they are used by our internal team to create the library and operate the service.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service, comply with law or protect rights.

• Service providers: Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage), Adapty (subscription management), Mixpanel & Firebase Analytics (product analytics), OneSignal (push), customer support tooling.
• Payment and platform providers such as Apple, to the extent needed for subscriptions and transactions.
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, legal process or valid government request.
• A buyer, investor or successor entity in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or asset sale.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution and security enforcement.

You can clear your listening history, remove favorites, or delete your entire account from within the app. On account deletion we remove your stored preferences, listening history, favorites and account record within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK, California, Canada and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal information.

8. Age restriction

Lovetopia is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. Content is rated 17+ on the App Store for frequent/intense mature and suggestive themes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe an underage individual has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it as appropriate.

9. International transfers and security

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the effective date and publish the updated version through the website or app.
