Account & subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Lovetopia → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?+

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and find your Lovetopia purchase to request a refund.

I was charged twice / wrong price.+

Email hey@sentez.co with your Apple receipt and we'll help you sort it out with Apple.

App & playback

Audio won't play / cuts out.+

Force-quit the app, reopen, and try again on Wi-Fi. If the issue persists, email hey@sentez.co with your iOS version and device model.

How do I listen offline?+

From any story detail page, tap the download icon. Offline downloads are available on any paid plan.

Can I use a sleep timer?+

Yes — tap the timer icon in the audio player. Choose 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or end of chapter.

Privacy & content

Is my listening history private?+

Yes. There is no social feed, no public profile, no shares. Your library and history are only visible inside your account on your device.

How do I report content?+

Email hey@sentez.co with the story title and your concern. Our editorial lead reviews all reports.

How do I delete my account?+

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. We remove your data within 30 days.
