1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lovetopia mobile application, website and related services provided by Sentez Inc.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing or using Lovetopia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Lovetopia is a premium audio stories app for women. It provides a curated library of sensual audio fiction with professional narration, layered sound design and personalization across trope, mood, voice and point of view.

We may add, remove, suspend or modify features, story catalog, voices, subscription tiers and product surfaces at any time.

3. Eligibility and age restriction

Lovetopia is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. You must confirm your age when first launching the app. Misrepresenting your age violates these Terms and may result in immediate termination.

The service is currently delivered for iPhone and may require supported iOS versions, device hardware, network access and an App Store account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Lovetopia lawfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Recording, screen-capturing, redistributing, broadcasting, reselling or publicly performing any audio content, cover art, script or other material from the app.
• Using bots, scripts or automation to access, scrape or extract content from the service except as expressly permitted by us.
• Reverse-engineering, probing, disrupting or bypassing technical, security or DRM protections of the service.
• Sharing your account credentials or subscription with anyone else.
• Using the service in a manner that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing or harmful to others.
• Allowing access to anyone under the age of 18.

5. Content disclaimers

Lovetopia contains adult, sexually suggestive audio content intended for mature audiences. It is fiction, written for entertainment and personal wellbeing. It is not therapy, medical advice, relationship advice, or a substitute for professional services.

Characters, narrators, scenarios and dialogue are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Lovetopia offers a free tier with one preview story and full functionality. Unlimited access requires a paid subscription. Standard pricing is $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year through Apple in-app purchase. Pricing, renewal timing and taxes are presented through the App Store and may change over time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Refunds, billing disputes and purchase management are handled per Apple's applicable platform policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Lovetopia service — including its software, branding, interface, scripts, narration, audio production, cover art and underlying technology — is owned by Sentez Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream and download content for private listening through the app. All other rights are reserved.

8. Reporting and removal

If you experience an issue, want to flag content, or have a billing concern, email hey@sentez.co. We review reports promptly and remove content that violates our editorial standards or applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, used the service while underage, or otherwise used the service in a harmful, unlawful or abusive manner.

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription through Apple and deleting the app from your device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovetopia and Sentez Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill loss or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Lovetopia during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
